Cooking
I will be the first to admit that I'm not brilliant in the kitchen, but I am always open to trying new things because I'm very good at following a recipe. For some random reason, yesterday I decided that after 29 years of life that it was time to try my hand at making chicken enchiladas. With a tiny bit of help from my wife, I used my brain as I figured out what was needed for the enchiladas. Chicken, tortillas, cheese, green enchilada sauce (have to have the green), chopped chilli peppers....hmmm, I think that was it. Anyway, after about 45 minutes in the oven it was time for the test. And wow, what a taste it was! Minus a little too much sauce, it was divine. And so easy too. I will definitely be trying my hand at it again. -NEVILLE
